Boom Entertainment partnership for Rush Street Interactive Incorporated

American online casino and sportsbetting operator Rush Street Interactive Incorporated has announced that it has made a minority investment in remote games and technology developer Boom Entertainment.

The Chicago-headquartered firm used an official Wednesday press release to pronounce that this speculation came with the inking of a ‘comprehensive commercial arrangement’ that will see its PlaySugarHouse.com and BetRivers.com domains begin featuring the innovator’s portfolio of real-money and social online casino games.

Bespoke builds:

Rush Street Interactive Incorporated is a subsidiary of land-based casino operator Rush Street Gaming and it declared that the new alliance will also involve Boom Entertainment integrating with its own proprietary remote games server and developing ‘certain custom games’ for which it will maintain exclusivity over for at least one year. The company asserted that this is to ensure that its iGaming players are being offered ‘unique and differentiated games’ such as the New York-based pioneer’s flagship NBC Sports Predictor title.

Trio track:

Richard Schwartz serves as the President for Rush Street Interactive Incorporated and he used the press release to explain that the fresh pact is to furthermore allow his firm to exploit Boom Entertainment’s existing relationships with land-based casinos in the states of New Mexico, Mississippi and Louisiana. The boss declared this section of the deal will provide the operator with ‘market access opportunities’ for online casino and sportsbetting ‘subject to license availability, state law and regulatory approvals.’

Read a statement from Schwartz…

“By bringing this content to BetRivers.com and PlaySugarHouse.com, our investment and partnership with Boom Entertainment are consistent with our strategy to offer customers the best user experience and widest range of games available in the industry. Moreover, we are very pleased to add Louisiana, Mississippi and New Mexico to the growing list of states in which we have obtained market access relationships as we continue to expand across the country and position ourselves to reach gaming enthusiasts wherever they may be.”

Louisiana launch:

Established in 2015 by a team of seasoned gaming and technology executives, Boom Entertainment disclosed that Rush Street Interactive Incorporated could now debut its mobile-friendly sportsbetting operations for punters in Louisiana during the upcoming American football season. The innovator’s Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Murphy, detailed that this comes after legislators for the southern state passed a measure in June that could see up to 41 online sportsbook licenses made available through the Louisiana Gaming Control Board.

Murphy’s statement read…

“We are excited to partner with Rush Street Interactive Incorporated, an industry leader that understands and appreciates the importance of high-quality game design. We have long discussed collaborating with Rush Street Interactive Incorporated on innovative games and products and we are excited to bring many of these opportunities to life in the coming months and years.”
